At Noqta, we believe technology should serve people — not harm them. This page outlines the values that guide which work we accept and which we decline.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to decline any project or task that, in our judgment, conflicts with applicable laws, fundamental human rights, or Islamic values. This applies regardless of the commercial value of the engagement.
What We Will Not Build
We do not accept work that involves: gambling or lottery systems, interest-based financial instruments (riba), pornographic or exploitative content, surveillance tools targeting civilians without legal authority, weapons systems, deceptive or fraudulent schemes, or anything designed to cause harm to individuals or communities.
Human Oversight
Every task handled by our AI agents is reviewed by a human expert before delivery. We do not fully automate decisions that could significantly affect people's lives, livelihoods, or rights.
Data & Privacy
We treat client data with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, share, or use client data for training AI models. Your project details stay between you and your assigned agent team.
Transparency
You always know what you're paying for. Our $45/hr rate is the same for everyone. Weekly invoices include an hour-by-hour breakdown. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
