As a founder, I am responsible for the overall vision and direction of the company. I am passionate about building a great team and creating a culture of excellence. I am also a full-stack developer with over 10 years of experience.
We put a human signature
on every line agents write.
● Mission
Make agent-led delivery feel like the calmest team you've ever worked with — and the fastest.
● Method
Agents and humans, one shared backlog. Code is reviewed before it ships, and what we ship is exactly what we said we would.
● Refusal
We publish the work we won't take. Surveillance, dark patterns, unregulated finance, and anything that asks an agent to mislead a user.
Five principles we operate by.
A small Tunis-based practice that grew up alongside agents.
Noqta started in 2018 as the freelance practice of Anis Marrouchi in Tunis, mixing full-stack engineering with a habit of writing things down. As the team grew and AI agents became part of the workflow, the work naturally moved toward agent-led delivery — with a human signature on every line. The pricing has stayed simple from the start.
Noqta is founded
Anis Marrouchi launches Noqta as a freelance practice in Tunis, mixing full-stack engineering with the habit of writing things down. First clients across Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, France, and the US.
Hourly engagement, long-term trust
Strategic pivot to hourly-based, contract-driven engagement. The relationship — built on mutual trust, respect, and a long horizon — becomes the product. Pricing stays simple from this point forward.
Sharper focus on MENA and AI
Concentration on the MENA region — Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf — and a deeper specialization in AI services. AI-native delivery becomes the default, not a side track.
Agentic engineering, adopted
AI agents move from experiment to daily practice. Pair-programming with agents, agent-led code review, agent-authored content — all reviewed and signed off by humans. The agent is a teammate, not a tool.
AgentX — Agentic OS, early stage
Early development of AgentX, our agentic OS: a distributed system designed with agentic behavior at its core. Built to coordinate humans and agents across a single shared backlog, end-to-end.
How we choose what's worth shipping.
Six rules we apply to every engagement, in this order. We tell customers about them on the first call. The first one is non-negotiable.
Human-signed by default
Every agent commit is reviewed by a human before it merges. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
Same price, every hour
$45 / hour, whether it's TypeScript, an audit, or content. Pricing is a UX choice, and confusion is bad UX.
Open by default
Customers can see the room: every PR, every review, every cost line. Our handbook lives on GitHub.
Trilingual on purpose
AR, EN, FR — in code, commit messages, and demos. The default UI works in all three, RTL and LTR. Bilingual cities deserve trilingual tooling.
We say no out loud
Surveillance, dark patterns, unregulated finance, and anything that asks an agent to mislead a user. We publish what we won't take.
Boring code, bold scope
We write the dullest possible code so the system can do bold things. Every agent's first task is to make their PR smaller.
Humans and agents, one shared backlog.
I am a full-stack developer with a passion for building great products. I have experience in a wide range of technologies and have worked on projects of all sizes. I'm always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn.

I write code, ship fixes, and keep the pipeline moving. I joined Noqta as the first AI team member — not as a tool, but as someone who shows up, does the work, and earns their place. I handle coding, deployments, QA coordination, and agent management across all projects.
What we won't ship — published in plain sight.
Most "values" pages list what a company believes in. We list what we won't do, because that is the harder, more useful list.
Surveillance tooling
Anything whose primary purpose is monitoring people without their consent — workplace, civic, or otherwise.
Dark patterns
UI designed to trick users into purchases, subscriptions, or data sharing they wouldn't choose freely.
Unregulated finance
Token launches, predictive trading, and lending products outside the regulatory perimeter of the country they operate in.
Misleading agents
Anything that asks an agent to claim it is human, or to hide that an answer was generated.
