Honour-loan request — on your bank’s platform only

From Thursday 1 October 2026 the application is accepted only on the bank’s digital platform. Each bank runs its own, so call your bank or branch before you file. No interest, no guarantees, ten days to answer.

We have closed the paper request form

Under BCT Circular 2026-08, an application filed outside the bank’s platform is not taken into account, and written applications already handed in must be filed again online. So we no longer generate the request as a PDF.

  1. Call your bank or branch and ask whether it takes part this year. Only banks that made a profit in 2025 do.
  2. If your bank is not in the list above, ask for the official platform address and reach it only from the bank’s official website. Do not click links sent by message or posted by unknown sources.
  3. Ask for the document list and have it ready before you file: your place in the queue is set by the minute you file.
  4. Pay nothing: the decree bans any commission or file fee, so a page asking for payment is not a bank platform.

What the decree provides

5,000 TND — individuals

For consumption needs, with no interest, guarantees or guarantor.

10,000 TND — micro-projects

Equipment, operating needs and liquidity for the project.

25,000 TND — enterprises

SMEs and community companies: operations, equipment, raw materials.

Ten days to answer

The bank must decide within ten banking days and justify a refusal. No commission or file fees.

Common questions

What is the honour loan?

A small financing with no interest, no guarantees and no guarantor, created by Decree 148 of 2026 dated 23 July 2026 under Article 412 ter of the Commercial Code. Banks allocate a share of their annual profits to it, and repayment runs to a maximum of two years.

How much can I request?

5,000 dinars for an individual, 10,000 for a micro-project holder, 25,000 for an SME or community company. This tool produces exactly one.

Can the bank ask for a guarantee?

The decree prohibits requiring guarantees or insurance for this financing, and prohibits commission or file-review fees.

How long does the bank have?

Ten banking days at most from the date a complete file is filed, with a duty to justify a refusal. The request text states that deadline explicitly.

Where do I file my application?

Only on your own bank’s digital platform, from 1 October 2026. There is no single national platform, and a paper application or one filed by other means is not taken into account. Call your bank or branch for the official address.

Which documents do I need?

Each platform sets its own list, which may include a copy of your ID, bank details or a company registry extract. Ask your branch for it and have it ready before filing.
