Why this template is different
Generated, not static
The columns come from the same list our validator checks. Template and validator cannot drift apart.
Sample rows that are actually valid
The example IBAN passes mod-97, the identifier starts with 1 or 2, and net equals basic plus allowances minus deductions, computed in halalas.
Comma or semicolon
Excel in Arabic locales usually writes semicolons. Pick the delimiter your machine opens cleanly instead of repairing it by hand.
Opens in Arabic without mojibake
The file carries a byte-order mark, so Excel reads Arabic headers as written.
Common questions
Is this file approved by Mudad?
No. It is a template following the column structure a WPS file is expected to carry, so you do not start from a blank sheet. Mudad and your bank are the authorities.
How is this different from the validator?
This gives you a structurally correct file to start from. The validator takes your own file, after payroll has filled it, and tells you which rows will be rejected.
Is my data uploaded?
Nothing is uploaded. The template is built in your browser and downloaded from it.
How many rows can I generate?
Up to fifty example rows. The point is to show the correct shape, not to produce your payroll here.
The template reflects the column structure a WPS file is commonly expected to carry. It does not replace your bank’s requirements or what Mudad shows for your establishment. Always check the final file before uploading.
